Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three children and a wife Leslie.
